It was a bright and sunny day as Ndi Igbo-Ukwu trooped out in mass to celebrate a special gift from nature, gifted to us by our Creator. The New Yam Festival as we popularly call it was hosted by HRH, Igwe Alexander Ezeobidike Azike Onedibe, Idu III of Igboukwu with special felicitation by Eze-Akajiugo the President General of Igbo-Ukwu.
